MSC Contact Text Reminders

I have built this to send reminder to Bigs, Guardians, Littles, and Guardians/Littles about their due MSC. It sends text reminders over a given time period to book. It uses Acuity to let them book online and that will also stop the Automation.

The best part of this automation, is it can be triggers and stopped by the MSS in Matchforce. They can also choose show gets the contact.

When surveys are submitted, Automation takes the data and runs it through an in house AI and then sends a Summary of the data based on a custom prompt to Matchforce as a task and to the Contact owners email.
